Wine Dinner - Thursday 28 June
After an Easter-Jubilee-Bank Holiday fest in April and May, our final wine dinner of the season will be on Thursday 28 June. The theme will be Wines for the Summer & Barbecued Food so expect lots of grilled meat, fizz & rose to lighter chillable reds and chunky Shiraz! Tickets are £55 per person and must be booked in advance. Menu and wines to follow.

Almost, but not quite! We love cooking for you but to add an element of surprise to your stay this spring, on one night we're planning on not telling you what dishes will make up your meal - each course will be a surprise. It's a rift on our taster menu offer. We hope you like the idea!

Rhône Wine Dinner - Thursday 22 March
Our cellar was creaking under the weight of some excellent wine from the Rhône valley so we thought what better excuse than to hold a Rhône themed wine dinner. The stars of the show will undoubtedly be the '99 Clusel Roch and '00 Clos Saint Michel but the whites will also surprise. The quails for this dinner come from Highfield Farm in Norfolk and are excellent, free-range birds. Tickets are £55 per person inclusive of dinner, wine and service. Portuguese Wine Dinner - Thursday 23 February
Our first wine dinner of 2012 takes us to Portugal. Their hearty, robust food will be ideal for the this colder blustery weather. Hamish has chosen a fantastic array of wines differing in style from Maderia & Port to Vinho Verde whites, reds and Portugal's version of Sauternes. White Port Cocktails will be served from 7.30pm for an 8pm start. Tickets are £55 per person inclusive of dinner, wine and service. Christmas Party Menu 2011
Our Christmas Menu for parties of 6 of more features the best of seasonal produce from farms and growers around us. Whether it is a three course meal or five course feast, we are here to indulge you and give you and your colleagues, friends or relatives a memorable occasion.
Please contact us for full menu details. We are quite happy to undertake special orders (roast suckling pig, ribs of beef) given advance notice. We can also cater for parties of up to 50 people for drinks and canapes in our oak room. There is no hire charge, just a small minimum spend required. Full details are available upon request.
Wine Dinner Dates
